Community Fair Exhibitors Welcome!

Are you part of a ministry, institution, committee, or task force in the Diocese of California? This year we are inviting authors as well. Join us as an exhibitor at the Diocesan Convention on Saturday, October 24, at Grace Cathedral!

  • Free to exhibit—just register by October 2!
  • Rectangle tables for exhibitors will be outdoors on the plaza near breakfast (coffee) and lunch
  • Bring your handouts, swag, signage, and creative spirit!
  • Sales permitted with prior approval.

Community Fair

We have some awesome groups coming to exhibit at the 177th convention! Make sure you stop by during breakfast and lunch to learn more about them.

Lunch

Lunch will be available on the plaze October 24, for those who purchase meal tickets in advance. Meal tickets may be purchased during the registration process. You may also bring your own lunch.

Coffee and Breakfast

There will be coffee, tea, water and continental breakfast available on the Plaza from 7:30 a.m. – 9: 00 a.m.  

Required Training

Anti-racism training and Safe Church training are canonically required for clergy and lay delegates

Bring your own voting device

You’ll need to bring your own smart phone, tablet, or other device to vote.

VPOLL Voting

Voting will take place in-person at Grace Cathedral using the VPOLL app. Go to the VPOLL platform. 

Parking and transportation

Please plan your transportation to the cathedral and arrive early to ensure a timely start to the convention.

Spanish interpretation

Spanish interpretation will be available at the cathedral and online.

Captioning

Closed Captioning for the Convention is available on Textstream working at 5 p.m. on Oct. 17 and 9 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2025.

Accessibility and mobility

The Grace Cathedral nave is wheelchair accessible by elevator from the crypt level using the entrance on Taylor Street or from the parking garage on level G1.

Child care

The cathedral child care center has permanently closed. Clergy and delegates should arrange their own childcare and the diocese will reimburse the cost.
