Resolutions
The Committee on Resolutions is now accepting draft resolutions. The deadline to submit a resolution is Saturday, July 25, 2026.
Nominations
Nominations are open! Nominations will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2026.
All-deanery meetings
View the recordings of the all-deanery budget meeting and the all-deanery resolutions and nominee meeting.
Report Delegates
The deadline to report your delegates is Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
Required Training
Anti-racism training and Safe Church training are cannonically required for clergy and lay delegates
Bring your own voting device
You’ll need to bring your own smart phone, tablet, or other device to vote.
VPOLL Voting
Voting will take place in-person at Grace Cathedral using the VPOLL app. Go to the VPOLL platform.
Parking and transportation
Please plan your transportation to the cathedral and arrive early to ensure a timely start to the convention.
