Parking and transportation
Please plan your transportation to the cathedral and arrive early to ensure a timely start to the convention.
VPOLL Voting
Voting will take place in-person at Grace Cathedral using the VPOLL app. Go to the VPOLL platform.

Child care
The cathedral child care center has permanently closed. Clergy and delegates should arrange their own childcare and the diocese will reimburse the cost.
Coffee and Breakfast
There will be coffee, tea, and water available out of the Grace Cathedral dining room starting at 7:30 A.M. Additionally, a continental breakfast will be served from 7:30 – 9: 00 a.m. on the plaza.
Boxed lunches
Boxed lunches from Panera (including vegan and gluten free options) will be available free of charge in Gresham Hall Saturday, December 2. However if you have strong allergies or other dietary restrictions, you may want to consider bringing a bag lunch with you.
Meet and greets
Opportunities to meet the Nominees for the Ninth Bishop of California will be made available to all members of the Diocese of California.

Clergy, Delegates, and Alternates who know they’re replacing a Delegate should confirm they plan to attend the Bishop Electing Convention by filling out this form before November 15 at 5 p.m. PST
