\nQu\u00f3rum en la Convenci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sec. 4.01.
\nQu\u00f3rum necesario. <\/strong><\/p>\n

No se tratar\u00e1 ning\u00fan asunto en ninguna Convenci\u00f3n Anual o Extraordinaria a menos que haya qu\u00f3rum.
\nEl qu\u00f3rum estar\u00e1 formado por un Cl\u00e9rigo afiliado a cada una de la mayor\u00eda de todas las congregaciones con derecho a representaci\u00f3n y un Delegado que represente a cada una de la mayor\u00eda de todas las congregaciones con derecho a representaci\u00f3n. <\/span> El qu\u00f3rum est\u00e1 formado por cl\u00e9rigos afiliados a una mayor\u00eda de todas las congregaciones con derecho a representaci\u00f3n y por delegados laicos que representen a una mayor\u00eda de todas las congregaciones con derecho a representaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Explicaci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Esta enmienda al Canon IV aclara el lenguaje relativo al qu\u00f3rum de la Convenci\u00f3n y es paralela al lenguaje aclarado en la enmienda propuesta al Art\u00edculo XII de la Constituci\u00f3n, relativo al qu\u00f3rum para que una convenci\u00f3n elija a un obispo.<\/p>\n

Esta modificaci\u00f3n del canon no cambia los umbrales de qu\u00f3rum para una reuni\u00f3n ordinaria de la Convenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
